GETTING HERE

Art Expo Atlanta is conveniently located in the heart of Atlanta. Here's everything you need to know about reaching the venue by car, public transit, or rideshare.


DRIVING & DIRECTIONS

Easily accessible from I-75/85 South and I-20. From I-75/85, take Exit 249C toward Northside Drive NW and follow signs to the Georgia World Congress Center. From I-20, take Exit 56A toward Spring Street NW. Detailed turn-by-turn directions are available via Google Maps.

PARKING

Multiple on-site and nearby parking decks serve the Georgia World Congress Center, including the GWCC Parking Deck directly adjacent to the venue. Daily rates vary; pre-purchase parking passes are available and recommended for peak weekend days. Accessible parking spaces are located in all GWCC-affiliated decks close to accessible entrances. Plan to arrive 30 minutes early on opening day and peak Saturday hours.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION & RIDESHARE

The GWCC is served by MARTA's Vine City and State Farm Arena stations (Green and Blue lines), each within a 5-minute walk. Multiple MARTA bus routes stop along Andrew Young International Blvd. Uber and Lyft drop-off is designated along the Andrew Young International Blvd. entrance. Event shuttles connecting major Midtown hotels operate on select peak days — see the event schedule for details.

  • What are the event dates and hours?

    Art Expo Atlanta runs April 11–14, 2026. Daily hours are 10AM–7PM Thursday through Saturday, and 10AM–5PM on Sunday. Opening Night is Thursday, April 11, with extended VIP preview access from 6PM–9PM. Hours may vary for special programming — check the event schedule for updates.
  • Where is Art Expo Atlanta located?

    Art Expo Atlanta is held at the Georgia World Congress Center, 285 Andrew Young International Blvd NW, Atlanta, Georgia 30313 — one of the largest convention facilities in the United States, located in downtown Atlanta near major interstates and MARTA rail lines.   • Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?

    Tickets are available online at artexpoatlanta.com and at the door, subject to availability. We strongly recommend purchasing online in advance to guarantee entry, especially for Opening Night and peak weekend days.
  • Is re-entry allowed?

    Single-day tickets allow same-day re-entry with your stamped wristband. Multi-day passes allow return visits on each day covered by your pass. Please retain your ticket or wristband for re-entry. Lost tickets cannot be replaced at the door.
  • Are children allowed? Is there an admission fee for children?

    Children are welcome at Art Expo Atlanta. Children 12 and under are admitted free with a paying adult. Please see our ticket page for full pricing details including youth, student, and senior rates.
  • What is the bag and item policy?

    For the comfort and security of all guests, large backpacks and bags exceeding 14" x 14" are not permitted inside the expo. Small bags, purses, and tote bags are welcome. Outside food and beverage are not permitted. Bag check is available near the main entrance. Prohibited items include umbrellas, tripods without media credentials, and commercial photography equipment.
  • Is photography allowed?

    Personal, non-commercial photography is welcome throughout the expo. Please be respectful of artists and their work. Tripods, monopods, and professional photography equipment require prior media credentials. Commercial photography is prohibited without written approval.
  • Is the venue accessible for visitors with disabilities?

    Yes. Art Expo Atlanta is fully accessible. See our Accessibility section above for full details on ramps, assisted listening, service animals, and mobility aid availability. A dedicated accessibility concierge is stationed at the main entrance throughout the event.
  • Is there parking on-site?

    Yes. Multiple parking decks serve the Georgia World Congress Center, including the GWCC Parking Deck directly adjacent to the venue.   • Can I bring artwork for purchase or have pieces shipped?

    Many exhibitors offer artwork for purchase directly at the event. Ask individual galleries and artists about shipping and delivery options for purchased works. Art Expo Atlanta does not operate a central shipping service, but many exhibiting galleries offer white-glove delivery and international shipping.
