WHO SHOULD APPLY
Independent artists, emerging creators, established painters, sculptors, photographers, digital artists, mixed-media artists, and muralists seeking exhibition space and audience exposure at Art Expo Atlanta.

WHO SHOULD APPLY
Commercial galleries, non-profit gallery spaces, artist-run galleries, cooperative galleries, and university or museum-affiliated galleries seeking to exhibit and sell work at Art Expo Atlanta.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY?
Art Expo Atlanta welcomes applications from individual artists, commercial and non-profit galleries, art studios, art brands, creative organizations, cultural institutions, nonprofits, food vendors, and retail vendors. All creative disciplines and mediums are encouraged to apply.IS THERE AN APPLICATION FEE?
Application fees vary by participant category and are disclosed during the application review process. Qualifying nonprofit cultural organizations may apply for a fee waiver. All fees are applied toward participation costs upon acceptance.HOW DOES THE JURY OR SELECTION PROCESS WORK?
Applications are reviewed by the Art Expo Atlanta curatorial, programming, and operations teams depending on the participant category. Selection is based on artistic merit, medium diversity, organizational mission, and audience fit. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO HEAR BACK?
Applicants can expect to receive a response within 4–6 weeks of submission. Applications submitted by the priority deadline will receive earlier consideration. You will be notified via email with your acceptance status.WHAT BOOTH SIZES AND OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
Booth sizes range from 6×6 kiosk spaces to large custom gallery suites of 10×30 and beyond. Standard options are listed within each application category above. Custom configurations are available by inquiry for galleries, brands, and cultural organizations with unique programming needs.CAN I APPLY FOR MORE THAN ONE CATEGORY?
Yes. If your organization or practice spans multiple categories – for example, an artist who also runs a gallery – you are welcome to submit separate applications for each relevant category. Each application is reviewed independently.WHEN ARE THE APPLICATION DEADLINES?
Deadlines vary by category and are provided within the application form at the time of submission. We strongly recommend applying by the priority deadline to maximize your chances of acceptance and preferred booth placement.WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I'M ACCEPTED?
Accepted participants receive a formal acceptance letter with details on booth assignment, participation fees, setup schedule, exhibitor guidelines, and access to the Art Expo Atlanta exhibitor portal. A dedicated expo liaison is assigned to guide you through the next steps.
